International Competition Network (ICN) was set up with a view to create more effective enforcement of antitrust law in the context of economic globalization. The ICN serves to share experiences and exchange views on competition issues deriving from an ever- increasing globalisation of the world economy, as well as to encourage the dissemination of antitrust experience and best practices, promote the advocacy role of antitrust agencies and seek to facilitate international cooperation. Its members represent national and multinational competition authorities. The ICN provides competition authorities with a specialized yet informal venue for maintaining regular contacts and addressing practical competition concerns. This allows for a dynamic dialogue that serves to build consensus and convergence towards sound competition policy principles across the global antitrust community. India to host 17th Annual Conference of International Competition Network 2018 (ICN2018) from 21st to 23rd March 2018 in New Delhi.
